Steering
Small corrections. A settled car. Room for the next bend.
What it does
Device rotation turns your phone or tablet into a steering wheel. On-screen steering and keyboard control are alternatives.
How to do it
Hold the device comfortably at the start; that position becomes straight ahead. Use RECALIBRATE when your resting angle changes. With on-screen steering, drag left or right.
Why use it
Smooth inputs leave you more room to respond when grip, speed or direction changes.
Timing
Set up before the bend. As the car points toward the exit, ease the steering back rather than adding another large correction.
Advanced
In DRIVE BY EAR, steer toward the warm guiding hum. Let it settle as the trajectory becomes safer; do not chase every small movement.
Practise it
Try COUNTRYSIDE. Tutorials give you a guided starting point.
