Racing lines
Make the exit easy before you arrive.
What it does
A racing line connects corners while keeping enough road for the car’s speed and direction.
How to do it
Approach with space, turn through the bend, and unwind toward the exit. For linked corners, plan the last exit before attacking the first entry.
Why use it
A repeatable line preserves speed, makes BOOST useful and protects clean-driving perks.
Timing
Brake before the tight part. Delay BOOST until it will help you leave the corner rather than push you off the edge.
Advanced
Compare a saved rival in SPECTATE. Change one braking or turn-in point at a time. DRIVE BY EAR’s guiding hum offers trajectory guidance without needing the map.
