A car already at maximum DRIFT has less headroom. SHIFT can change the base attributes underneath the perk.

Installing
Unlock its source car and the perk, then choose it in PERKULATOR. No cloning or collecting copies is needed. It uses the one INSTALLED slot and cannot duplicate the destination car’s own perk.
